Sales Development Representative (SDR) – AI-Powered SaaS Platform

Role Overview:
Location: New Malden (3 days per week)
Package: Up to £40,000 + £15,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research and identify new business opportunities across target industries and regions.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and automation tools.
- Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations to assess suitability and potential.
- Book and manage meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales specialists.
- Keep CRM data up to date, tracking all interactions and pipeline activity accurately.
- Share market insights and feedback to help refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Main Skills Needed:
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR roles (ideally SaaS OR IT).
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Energetic, curious, and driven mindset with a passion for learning.
- Confident using CRM and engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
- Interest or background in AI, SaaS, or people analytics platforms.
