We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator/Procurement to join our office‑based Purchasing/Procurement team in Poole.

Due to their continued growth in the Cruise sector, they are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their forward‑thinking team and help shape the future of their supplier partnerships, own‑brand growth, and sustainability goals.

What you will be doing as Purchasing Administrator/Procurement:

  • Manage all administration and data pulling required relating to allocated projects as well as setting up smart sheet trackers to monitor progress.
  • Chasing rebates through and setting up an annual tracker.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support prep for supplier meetings and QBRs.
  • Provide product alternative suggestions for the sales team, including specification and price evaluation.
  • Price file management, analysis and importing as well as investigation of price discrepancies.
  • Log and track team savings and update the team via Bloom.
  • Ensure project costs are logged and pro forma invoices are managed effectively.
  • Manage new supplier set‑ups relating to projects.
  • Utilise Arcus system to input and monitor tenders, audits, supplier information and ESG information as necessary.
  • Maintain Core Range Planners and ensure data is updated in PIM (product information management).
  • Manage all project product set‑ups on the system.
  • Support the audit and ESG process, providing and chasing information as required.
  • Support tender sourcing by collating information gathered by the team; check for savings, ensuring they are logged and captured on the system.
  • Ensure FR & Arc clothing compliance, that DOCs and certifications are up to date, published and available on PIM.
  • Work with the team to learn and continually develop technical skills (e.g., measuring, specifications, size charts).
