Location: Gloucestershire (commutable to GL50)

Salary: Circa £40,000 - £50,000 | Employment: Full-time

Reporting into an experienced and energetic Global Director, you'll lead a team of 4 analysts and take ownership of Global planning, asset utilisation, and operational efficiency across multiple sites. This role suits someone who can lead from the front, combine strong organisation with data‑driven decision making, and ensure plans are executed effectively.

Regular international travel (predominantly Spain & Ireland) adds variety and exposure.

What you'll be doing

• Owning asset planning, availability, and utilisation
• Driving performance through data, reporting, and insights
• Leading, developing, and motivating a small analytical team
• Working cross‑functionally to ensure smooth operational delivery

What you'll need

• Experience in planning, supply chain, or operations
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Team leadership experience
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Previous work experience in an FMCG organisation would be desirable
