About You:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or management role within leisure or fitness
- NPLQ qualification required
- Passionate about the leisure and fitness industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
The Job:
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the leisure centre, ensuring high standards are maintained
- People deployment and team management, ensuring all areas are effectively covered
- Act as the senior person on shift, handling any issues or customer queries
- Support the General Manager in the running and overall performance of the centre
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
