Key Responsibilities:
- Processing service charge receipts, including daily bank statement downloads and cheque transactions
- Processing service charge payments, including invoice entry, preparing twice weekly payment runs, and uploading payments to the banking system
- Raising and issuing interim service charge invoices
- Handling notices of transfers following property sales and ensuring accurate record updates
- Maintaining and updating utility records and information
- Setting up new contractors, including carrying out compliance checks and maintaining relevant documentation.
