The Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Care Joiner to join our team. This role focuses on carrying out remedial and finishing works on new build housing schemes, ensuring all properties meet the highest standards

Key Responsibilities

• Fitting and adjusting replacement internal doors
• Carrying out general snagging and defect rectification
• Repairing and finishing joinery work to a high standard
• Working on occupied and unoccupied new build homes
• Providing excellent customer service when dealing with homeowners
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience as a joiner/carpenter (customer care or finishing experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
