Customer Advisor

  • Location: Wallasey, Merseyside
  • Pay: £12.71 per hour
  • Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term, Part‑time (16 hours per week)
  • Shift times: Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm

Overview

Customer Advisor.

Part time – 16 hours per week, 3 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7.00am – 10.00pm.

UK Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert customer advice and support on home improvement projects.
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets.
  • Manage stock, set up displays, and maintain the visual appearance of the store.
  • Support colleagues through teamwork and flexible shift coverage, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
  • Undergo training in paint‑mixing, cutting timber and other relevant skills.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service aimed at meeting the needs of each shopper.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing, with a passion for home improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to learn new technology.
  • Team player capable of working on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
  • Flexible, motivated, and willing to expand skills through training.
