As a Team Leader Support Worker, you will join a supportive, inclusive team that works collaboratively to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. You will use your strong empathy, caring nature, and communication skills to assist service users through their care pathway, encouraging them to lead a full and valued life. This can be a challenging environment at times, but it is highly rewarding to see the positive impact you can have on people’s lives. You will work a 3-week rolling rota with a mix of late and early shifts, ranging from 7.5 to 8.5 hours, including weekends.
