Want a role where every day is different and your work helps shape major construction projects? We're working with a fast‑growing, multi‑disciplinary building consultancy in Cheshire who are looking for a Utility Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be out on site regularly, using modern survey technology to locate and map underground utilities that are critical to safe and successful project delivery.

You'll be involved in a wide range of work across construction, infrastructure and utilities, using GPR, CAT & Genny and GPS systems. In the office (or hybrid), you'll turn your findings into clear, accurate drawings and reports that clients and engineers rely on.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in utility surveying / underground utility mapping
• Confidence using detection equipment (GPR, EM locators, etc.)
• Good AutoCAD or mapping software skills
• Understanding of PAS 128 (or similar standards)
• Full UK driving licence
• A practical, curious, detail‑focused mindset
