The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient systems, supporting staff, and maintaining smooth communication within the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth running of administrative tasks.
- Supervise and support administrative staff.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate staff rotas, schedules, and appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist management with reports and general administrative duties.
