As a Business Development Associate, you’ll focus on building new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, sparking interest, and creating a strong pipeline for the sales team. Your work will directly impact revenue and event growth.
If you’re driven and consistent, you’ll quickly progress into a closing role, with a clear path toward becoming an Event Sales Manager.
You’re motivated, confident, and eager to build a career in sales. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy the challenge of turning conversations into opportunities.
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required - we provide full training and support.
