Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in the Metrocentre Shopping Centre, Gateshead. This Customer Advisor role involves working 20 hours over 4 days per week, flexing up to 30 hours when required. The schedule includes weekends, evenings and weekdays on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Help customers look and feel great.
• Showcase our “feel great footwear” that feels as great as it looks.
• Support the operations of the store.
• Organise deliveries.
• Be involved in stock movements.
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.
• Achieve sales targets and find the right products for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced and fun environment.
• Contribute to a growing, profitable business with family values and green credentials.

• Excellent multi‑tasking ability.
