Effective Operations Manager supporting the Store Manager by overseeing all stock and operational processes for stockroom/warehouse, security and offices. Lead and inspire the team to maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets.

- Ensure store meets all legal and compliance requirements for assigned areas.
- Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures when required.
- Manage man‑hour control expectations to keep processes effective.
- Demonstrate hands‑on approach in operational and commercial activities.
- Show resilience during change, welcoming feedback to drive results.
- Ensure security staff are utilised effectively and procedures adhered to.
- Address training, development, and recruitment needs at a high standard.
