The Role:

As a Senior Associate in the Corporate team, you will work on a diverse portfolio of corporate matters, including:

- Mergers & Acquisitions: Leading and supporting domestic and cross-border deals, advising on acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
- Corporate Advisory: Assisting clients with corporate restructurings, governance matters, shareholder agreements, and corporate finance transactions.
- Joint Ventures & Partnerships: Advising on strategic partnerships and collaborative commercial arrangements, helping clients navigate complex agreements.
- Commercial Contracting: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives

The Candidate:

We are looking for someone with:

- nt
- 5+ years' PQE in corporate law, ideally with a focus on M&A, joint ventures, or corporate finance.
- Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic advice to clients.
- Proven ability to manage deal processes, coordinate teams, and mentor junior colleagues.
- Ambition to grow into a future leadership role within the corporate practice
