Marketing Manager Craigavon (Office-based, MondayFriday, with collaboration across UK sites) £35,000£40,000 Our client, an established and growing business within the industrial sector is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and drive its marketing function across the UK. Operating across three sites in Northern Ireland and England, this is a key role where you will take full ownership of the marketing strategy, while remaining hands-on in delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution and wants to make a real impact in a growing business. What youll be doing: Owning and developing the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth Planning and delivering campaigns across NI and UK markets Managing and optimising the company website, ensuring strong SEO performance Leading on content creation across social media, email, and case studies Driving lead generation in collaboration with the sales team Coordinating marketing activity across multiple sites Overseeing branding, messaging, and all marketing materials Monitoring performance, analysing data, and refining strategy Supporting events, trade shows, and product launches What youll bring: Proven experience in a Marketing Executive/Manager role (ideally B2B) Strong experience in both strategy and hands-on delivery Excellent content creation and communication skills Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, website, SEO) Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities Proactive, organised, and commercially aware Familiarity with CRM systems Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva or Adobe tools) Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or a similar sector is advantageous What youll get: An opportunity to take ownership of marketing within a growing business Exposure to multi-site operations across NI and England A varied, hands-on role with real influence on business growth A supportive and collaborative working environment What to do next: If youd like to learn more, wed be happy to have a confidential chat.
