BEAR Scotland is a leading road maintenance and management service provider in Scotland, maintaining and improving Scottish Trunk Roads including bridges and structures through some of the most scenic, but challenging, parts of the country.
The Northwest Trunk Road Unit spans some 1,422km of trunk road through some of the most scenic parts of the country. It covers a huge area of Scotland, from Thurso and Wick in the very north of the Highlands down to Campbeltown in Argyll and Bute, from Uig on Skye to Perth and Stirling.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineer to join our existing team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for the investigation, design and delivery of a range of road improvement projects on the NW Unit as part of an annual programme of investment.
