We're seeking a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support advanced cutting edge Life Science Instrumentation. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of systems across UK.

Your responsibilities:

You will be the technical interface between our customers and our internal development team. You will ensure that our innovative life science systems are used optimally and continuously improved.

• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and system checks
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site
• Install and upgrade equipment, and train customers on usage
• Deliver timely service to minimise downtime
• Complete service reports and share customer feedback internally

Requirements:

You enjoy solving technical challenges and working closely with customers and colleagues. xwzovoh

• A degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification
• 3+ years of experience in a related field or in-house service required
• Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are an advantage
• Experience in a life sciences work environment
• Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time
• Must have a UK driving licence and access to a car
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers
• Team spirit, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach to work
