Our client is seeking a seasoned residential conveyancer with universal conveyancing experience.Candidates should have a broad suite of expertise in residential property matters and those with more niche capabilities are preferred.In the role, candidates will handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post completion, including:• Residential sales and purchases• Remortgages and equity release transactions• Shared ownership leases• Lease variations• New build purchases• Help to Buy transactions• Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers• Title checks for freehold and leasehold propertiesThe salary is ranged based on experience of the candidate.About You • Qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC• Ideally 3 +years’ PQE• Strong experience handling your own residential property caseloadIf you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking we would love to hear from you….
