Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Key requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within technology companies with a global presence
- Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including managing requisitions, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Experience hiring for Sales and G&A roles such as Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Technical Support, and Operations roles
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance regulations
