FP&A Manager / Consultant (Infrastructure / Capital-Intensive)

The Opportunity

A rapidly scaling UK-based business operating in a capital-intensive infrastructure environment is seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to support its next phase of growth. This organisation is focused on developing and operating high-performance, mission-critical infrastructure assets and is on a steep expansion trajectory.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is comfortable working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting process end-to-end
  • Deliver monthly budget vs. actual analysis and present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Own and continuously refine a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  • Build and maintain detailed 3-year and 5-year financial models
  • Provide strategic financial insight to support investment and growth decisions
  • Partner closely with leadership on performance tracking, KPIs, and commercial decision-making

Candidate Profile

  • ACA qualified (trained within Big 4 or Top 10 firm)
  • 3–8 years’ FP&A experience (manager level or equivalent)
  • Strong end-to-end FP&A capability, including modelling and forecasting
  • Prior experience in data centres, real estate, infrastructure, or other heavy CAPEX environments is essential***
  • Highly articulate with strong stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite exposure
  • Commercially astute, proactive, and intellectually agile
  • Comfortable operating in a demanding, high-performance culture
