We’re looking for a Head of Technology who can lead from the front, bringing oversight and technical depth. This is a leadership role focused on overseeing the technology department, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of key projects across the business as the company scales.
You’ll play a critical role in aligning technology with business objectives, leading teams, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions across a hybrid infrastructure environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (Head of, IT Director, or similar)
- Strong background in operations leadership within a technology function
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
- Track record of delivering complex technology projects end-to-end
- Deep technical expertise across a hybrid environment
- Experience implementing and improving IT governance, processes, and service delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at executive level
- Commercial awareness with the ability to align technology initiatives to business outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience within professional services or similar environments
- Background in modernising legacy systems and driving digital transformation
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance best practices
- Experience scaling technology functions during periods of growth
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and modern engineering principles
