Datacentre Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a major, multi-year global programme delivering large-scale datacentre capacity expansion across multiple international locations.

This is a hands-on delivery role, owning end-to-end execution of datacentre build-outs – from site preparation through to commissioning and operational handover.

What you’ll be responsible for

• End-to-end delivery of datacentre build-out projects within a global programme
• Managing power, cooling, cabling, and rack & stack activities on-site
• Owning budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting into programme governance
• Leading vendors, contractors, and site teams across multiple geographies
• Coordinating hyperscaler integration (including Outposts deployments)
• Driving stakeholder engagement from engineering teams through to senior leadership

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience delivering physical datacentre / critical facilities projects
• Strong understanding of power (UPS, generators), cooling (CRAC/CRAH), and structured cabling
• Experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments
• Exposure to Amazon Web Services or hyperscaler integrations (Outposts highly desirable)
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals in a datacentre context
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global programme environment

• Uptime Institute / TIA-942 familiarity
• PMP / PRINCE2
