The Role
As the Lead Backend Engineer, you’ll own the development of the systems powering this platform. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll set the architectural direction and technical standards for the backend team from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building for Scale: You’ll design the services and event-driven systems that handle real-time property workflows.
- Bridging AI & Reality: You will work closely with AI and data teams to turn complex, messy industry workflows into reliable, production-grade automation.
- Setting the Bar: Beyond writing code, you’ll mentor other engineers and establish the engineering culture as the team grows.
- Owning the Stack: You’ll be responsible for the health and performance of the systems our customers rely on every day.
Who You Are
