Internal Communications and Change Manager – Flexible / Remote
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Company Bonus + Car Allowance

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deliver a group-wide internal communications strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including managing the annual Great Place to Work survey and fostering a strong sense of belonging.
- Lead content creation across multiple channels: newsletters, internal platforms, video scripts, presentations, and more.
- Plan and execute internal events and conferences, coordinating with senior stakeholders to deliver memorable experiences.
- Implement feedback and measurement frameworks, using insights to refine communications and maximise impact.
- Act as a communications gatekeeper, ensuring messages are clear, relevant, and appropriately targeted.
- Innovate and champion new ways to connect with colleagues, combining creativity with analytical rigour.
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in internal communications, ideally in construction or a multi-site environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience in tools like Canva, Page Tiger, Mailchimp, or Adobe.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Credible, confident, and capable of influencing senior leaders.
- Energetic, flexible, and proactive – someone who thrives in a changing environment and isn’t afraid to innovate.
- A keen eye for detail while maintaining strategic perspective.
