Top Recruit is excited to be working with a growing industry tech provider who expertly streamlines and enhances corporate travel management. We are seeking a Product Manager who is an Agile/JIRA expert, ready to shape exceptional products in a dynamic and innovative environment. Experience within travel tech is highly preferred, along with exposure to data centres, cloud hosting environments, and SQL-based data systems.

What You’ll Do as Product Manager:

• Define and deliver product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead Agile product development processes, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and efficient delivery cycles.
• Utilise JIRA to effectively manage and track project progress, sprint planning, and team performance.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and data to refine product strategies.
• Work closely with technical teams across cloud hosting and data centre environments to support scalable product delivery.
• Leverage SQL for data analysis, reporting, and informed decision-making.

Expectations for the role of Product Manager:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage, influence and collaborate.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Experience in technology-driven industries, preferably travel tech.
• Familiarity with data centre environments, cloud hosting platforms, and SQL for data querying and insights.
