Hours: Monday Thurs 9-530 | Fri 9-430
Pay: £31,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our client, one of Northern Irelands leading housing developers.

The Role:

Working closely with the Company Accountant in a small Accounts team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, post receipts, and reconcile bank transactions using Sage.
• Handle debtor management, including aged reports, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate financial records for property sales and asset registers.
• Liaise with solicitors, insurance providers, and internal teams as required.
• Provide general accounts and administrative support to senior management.

The Requirements:

• Previous experience using SAGE
• Previous experience in high volume invoicing
• Comfortable on MS package including Microsoft Excel.
