The Role As an IT Field Engineer, youll be the trusted expert our clients rely ondelivering hands-on technical support, solving problems, and ensuring systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Act as the go-to expert for technical support and troubleshooting Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Maintain accurate and organised documentation Communicate technical concepts clearly – keeping things simple for clients Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider team What Youll Need Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP Experience with VMware or Hyper-V Understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls) Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota Full, valid drivers licence Basic DIY skills (desirable, not essential) What We Offer Company vehicle Flexible working options Minimum 28 days annual leave Ongoing training (in-house and external) Exposure to a wide range of IT projects across multiple industries A varied role where no two days are the same Ready to Join Us?
