Consulting Manager - Retail & Consumer Products

We partner with organisations to provide transformation, change and procurement solutions and to embed durable improvements that make a difference.

We are seeking a Manager with expertise in Consumer Products to join our Retail and Consumer consulting team. You will lead and develop projects across the R&C practice, shaping the service offering to deliver measurable value to clients.

The Role

You’ll lead end-to-end client engagements across Retail & Consumer, managing project teams, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable outcomes. You’ll also help grow our offering through thought leadership, business development, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Retail & Consumer consulting engagements and client delivery
• Deliver procurement, change and transformation projects
• Drive procurement excellence and operating model improvements
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Support business development and thought leadership initiatives
• Coach and develop team members
• Contribute to growth of the Retail & Consumer practice

About You

To succeed in this role you should have the following:

• Experience in the retail and consumer sector, ideally across consumer products, is essential
• Procurement and strategic sourcing expertise
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth

A blend of consulting and industry experience is desirable but not essential.
