Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives within a global CTO organization. This role is responsible for delivering large-scale technical programmes that modernize the technology landscape, improve resilience, and drive strategic simplification. The position requires strong engineering literacy, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to execute effectively within a global, matrixed environment.
What you will do:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑disciplinary technical projects aligned with CTO strategy and architecture standards.
- Partner with engineering leads, architects, and product owners to translate business and technical requirements into structured delivery plans.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and issues across teams and platforms.
- Maintain high‑quality project artefacts including RAID logs, roadmaps, delivery plans, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Business stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor delivery and ensure third‑party activities align with governance and control standards.
- Promote modern engineering practices including automation, DevOps, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale technology programmes within financial services or enterprise environments.
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and modern engineering methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, multi‑region delivery, and vendor structures.
- Excellent communication skills with strong senior stakeholder management capability.
