A global Insurance Broker are expanding their Corporate Team and this is a genuinely pivotal career opportunity: you’ll be trusted to own, protect and grow a c. £1m Corporate book, while building deeper relationships across the Leisure & Hospitality sectors — including some Internationally.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being front-and-centre with clients: visible, credible and a trusted Advisor, not just servicing, but shaping strategy and driving growth.
Salary & package
- £100,000+ basic(dependent on experience)
- Bonus + wider benefits package(shared at shortlist stage)

The role (what you’ll be doing) as Client Director
- Own and grow key relationshipswith Corporate Leisure & Hospitality clients
- Act as a trustedrisk Advisor, delivering exceptional service, retention and client advocacy
- Drive growthby leveraging your network and recognising opportunities within your sectors
- Work closely with internal teams to deliverbespoke Insurance and Risk Management solutions
- Stay ahead of market developments and emerging risks, bringingproactive, commercial insightto clients
What we’re looking for as Client Director
- Demonstrable success in a similarCorporate Account Executive / Account Directorrole
- CredibleLeisure & Hospitalityknowledge and relationships
- Confident communicator/negotiator who builds trust with senior stakeholders
- The drive to continue to build and develop your reputation as a leader within your sectors
