In-House DB Pension Scheme Manager

Job Description

Progressive opportunity joining this leading organisation, use your Defined Benefit pensions expertise as part of a collaborative and supportive in‑house Pensions team working on £bn+ plans.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Pensions, trustees, key stakeholders and advisers to drive robust governance and management of the £bn+ DB scheme.

Work from home, Surrey & London offices as required

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a DB pensions subject matter expert for Trustee Boards and sub‑committees
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement to ensure regulatory and legislative compliance
• Attend trustee meetings and build strong relationships both internal at all levels and with external advisers

What You Bring

• Up to date DB pensions knowledge and regulatory framework
• Experience working with or supporting Trustee boards
• Ideally hold or be studying a relevant professional qualification
