We’ll look to you to analyse, assess and deliver projects with a direct impact over our data strategy
This is an opportunity to manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, as you make sure that the delivery aligns with customer and business needs
You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend one day each week working from our Birmingham, Edinburgh, Manchester, Rotherham or Southend on Sea office
As a Data Analyst, you’ll support the execution of our data strategy, along with our journeys backlog to improve the end-to-end customer journey, including identifying opportunities and providing your expertise. On top of this, you’ll be delivering, consolidating and automating all business performance and proposition activities that keep the customer journey running seamlessly.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
Supporting all of our data transformation activities
Designing, executing and reviewing ad-hoc data projects
Monitoring activity across the journeys portfolio and actively identifying opportunities
Understanding potential changes and translating these to business processes in order to establish the changes or improvements needed
You’ll be an experienced data analyst with an understanding of retail banking products. Additionally, you’ll have knowledge of critical Agile capabilities and ways of working.
We’ll also expect:
Experience of driving and delivering innovative ideas through Agile ways of working
A proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments
Strong demonstrable experience of SQL and SAS
An awareness of data governance
Experience in using business analysis tools and methodologies, in particular Excel, Tableau, Snowflake and Python
Knowledge of developing business and technical architectures
