Site Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll manage maintenance activities, calibrations and asset care. The role requires a versatile, hands‑on approach, contributing to key site projects in a collaborative, fast‑evolving environment while complying with GMP standards.

The role requires a genuine problem‑solving approach and the ability to \"pick up the tools\"; it offers significant development opportunities.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday day shift. Flexibility for on‑site availability is required for additional work. Overtime and TOIL are available, and a call‑out rota will include nights and weekends as the site transforms.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering background is preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry and GMP experience.
• Minimum of 3 years within an engineering environment – maintenance, calibration, asset management – with experience in related areas.
