Your Role

• Project Leadership: Organise and monitor direct and subcontract labour to guarantee successful project handover.
• Documentation: Produce comprehensive record and maintenance manuals, including as‑built drawings and technical literature.
• Procurement: Place and manage subcontract orders for specialised electrical systems.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Financial Oversight: Cost forecasting and ongoing budget monitoring.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning process to ensure systems perform to specification.
• Team Development: Support junior project engineers, fostering their professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within electrical or building services.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
