What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, commissioning, and demonstrating industry‑leading machinery
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive)
- Delivering excellent customer support on‑site and remotely
- Managing service records, reports, and customer updates
- Planning and coordinating service visits efficiently
- Continuously learning new products and technologies
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything—we’re more interested in your attitude and potential.
- Experience in a technical or electro‑mechanical role (print, embroidery, sewing, or similar industries are a bonus)
- A practical, problem‑solving mindset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good organisation and the ability to work independently
