Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Immediate start – £16.92 Per Hour A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider in Birmingham.

CBW is currently looking for a Electrical Engineer.

The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on site, the individual will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 16:00pm
• Contract type: Ongoing contract
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• PPM’s & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• BMS System
• Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

Maintain and update Log books

Plumbing

Unblocking toilets

Pumps, motors

Managing priorities within contract constraints.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals.

Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.

Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.

Requirements

• Electrically qualified
• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance – 18th Edition (Required)
