About the role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Provide brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
- Own visual merchandising and presentation, ensuring products are displayed in an appealing manner.
- Maintain store standards – front and back store, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, support loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
About you
- Passion for retail, both front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, creating a unique experience for every customer.
- Strong customer‑focus and keenness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Ability to build valued relationships with team members and customers.
- Team‑player who is flexible, supportive, and contributes to a positive working environment.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and can adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day.
