Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Cleaner Streets and Waste Contract Manager in running Cleaner Streets operations and Waste services contract.
- Assist with day‑to‑day management of the service, reporting and monitoring of relevant budgets.
- Manage people and resources in a multi‑disciplined environment and maintain a good understanding of contract management.
- Protect children, young people or adults at risk – a core responsibility of all council employees.
Requirements
- Experience in waste management and Cleaner Streets operations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing people and resources across multiple disciplines.
- Strong understanding of contract management.
- Good organisational and monitoring skills.
Hours: 37 hours per week. Fixed Term up to 31 July 2027. Hybrid Working Policy applies.
