What We Offer:

- Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively review and source goods and services in line with value‑for‑money principles.
- Purchase goods and services using tendering and quotation processes in accordance with HSCNI procedures.
- Provide purchasing advice and information to customers on goods and service options.
- Operate PC and computer systems to support the delivery of purchasing services.
- Resolve invoice queries with HSCNI Finance to ensure timely supplier payments.
- Respond to supplier queries promptly.
Qualifications:
- 4 GCSEs (Grades A‑C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
