Local Business Development Manager – Northampton Transit Centre
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, whilst achieving allocated sales and service targets.
Position is full‑time permanent, Monday‑Friday with Saturdays on rota, basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE of £50,000, reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager.
Commercial Vehicle Sales Specialist – Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound enquiries via email/telephone and digitally.
Meeting individual and team‑based sales targets.
Guiding customers through the whole purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products.
Adhering to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous selling and influencing skills.
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.
- Passion for providing first‑class customer service.
- Fantastic communication skills.
