We are expanding our Super Prime International team in London. This is a fully entrepreneurial, self-employed, commission-only role for elite brokers who want to operate at the very top of the market.

What you will do
- Originate, negotiate and close prime and super prime sales and lettings
- Build and manage a high‑value pipeline across buyers, sellers, landlords and developers
- Run your business like a partner: prospecting, presentations, mandates, viewings, offers, heads of terms and completion
- Create best‑in‑class marketing with our team to amplify your brand and listings
- Maintain rigorous compliance, AML and material information standards

You are
- An experienced broker or advisor with a proven track record in prime or luxury sales, lettings or investments
- Exceptionally polished in client service, negotiation and discretion
- A proactive originator with a strong network and disciplined pipeline management
- Digital‑first, comfortable on camera and consistent on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Fully compliant, detail‑driven and resilient under pressure
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in residential or investment sales at the upper end of the market
- Demonstrable completions or fee production in PCL or comparable luxury markets
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to operate as self‑employed
- Strong written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus
- Business mindset. Weekend and evening availability when required for HNWI schedules
Compensation
- Commission‑only with competitive splits and no cap on earnings
