Customer Service Executive

Overview

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business within the Financial Services Industry. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and administration support, including customer liaison, quoting/selling along with various other administration duties. The company offers opportunities for progression and the chance to study NVQs and related qualifications. Salary £26,000 - £30,000 depending on level of experience, plus bonus scheme, career development plans allowing you to progress and grow within the company. This role is fully office based.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers by telephone and advising them of the various products available
• Completing applications on behalf of customers, ensuring all key information is recorded with accuracy
• Updating internal systems with sales information
• Producing necessary documentation for new insurance policies
• Maintaining various customer records and handle policy renewals
• Responding to email/telephone enquiries generated from the website
• Performing further business projects upon request of the Sales Operations Manager

Experience / Qualifications

• The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Competent in Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication/negotiation skills
• The ability to learn processes quickly
