As our Senior CRM Executive, you will be at the forefront of the shift in how we engage with millions of travelers worldwide. This role goes beyond managing business-as-usual emails and newsletters; it requires a change‑maker who bridges high‑level strategy and automation.
Your day‑to‑day
- You’ll build and manage sophisticated, multi‑channel automated journeys that utilize branching logic, API triggers, and real‑time data.
- Act as a change‑maker by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing AI‑assisted workflows using tools such as n8n and Claude (training provided).
- Dive deep into our CRM tools like Braze to identify optimisation opportunities and streamline delivery processes.
- Provide expert support for campaign deployment, ensuring bullet‑proof execution today through rigorous (and increasingly automated) QA processes.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align work streams, creating a frictionless experience from search to rebooking.
- Own campaign performance, build reports in Looker, monitor health metrics, and translate raw data into actionable insights that prove incremental lift.
Your skillset
- Self‑starter who takes full ownership of the execution lifecycle and identifies opportunities independently.
- Thrives in a high‑growth environment, moving from concept to deployment rapidly while maintaining high standards.
- Curious and consistently seeks ways to replace manual tasks with automation, improving processes.
- Comfortable with dashboards; experience with Looker, Tableau, or SQL is required.
- Hands‑on experience with Braze or similar; comfortable with Liquid logic, audience segmentation, and personalisation.
- Capable of working with data models and propensity scores to drive hyper‑relevant segmentation and measure incremental lift.
- Works seamlessly across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver a unified, personalised customer journey.
