Overview

CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of live event delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high technical standard. The role involves coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and driving seamless project execution while supporting continuous improvement and innovation across operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations
• Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Plan and deliver technical production for live events
• Oversee projects from preparation through on-site delivery and debrief
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS
• Translate briefs into technical designs using AutoCAD and AV systems
• Manage budgets, costing, and resources
• Lead teams, suppliers, and client relationships

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proficiency in technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of live event technical production and Health & Safety standards
• A valid driving licence and passport

Location

Milton Keynes - Half your time will be spent at their head office in Milton Keynes, the other half will be out on the road at events.
