The Team Leader is a key role within the Global Supply Chain Organization, responsible for leading and coordinating the Warehouse operation and dispatch Teams. The role combines hands‑on materials work with leadership responsibilities to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDIC) performance.

The Team Leader acts as a champion for standards, continuous improvement, and lean flow, ensuring that all processes are executed to the highest levels of compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and team engagement. Reporting to the Materials Manager.
