Procurement Specialist

Salary Up to GBP45,000 Per Annum

Location Birmingham / Hybrid (2-3 days from home)

This role supports end-to-end strategic sourcing across assigned healthcare product categories, developing strategies to drive value, mitigate risk, and improve supplier leverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement process, from market research and bid preparation through to contract launch.
• Present sourcing strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders and contribute to customer-facing presentations.
• Build supplier relationships, review products and technologies, and maintain effective customer engagement at all levels.

Qualifications

You’ll need 2 3 years procurement experience, with a track record in category management, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiations. Ideally with exposure to public sector healthcare procurement.
