CRM Data Analyst

Overview
This role supports the TMW Data Team delivering a breadth of data outputs—from campaign counts to customer behaviour analysis—in support of a travel client CRM delivery and optimisation. You will use data to help clients understand their customer base across acquisition, growth and retention and support data‑driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data from the client database and related repositories (e.g., ESP) to understand customer and campaign performance.
- Run data discovery, audience counts and data pulls to support campaign development.
- Measure campaign performance; set up control cells, run uplift vs. control analysis, and produce results tables and charts for presentation.
- Liaise with the client to identify, using data, opportunities and threats to the health of the performance of their customer base.
- Deliver projects such as RFM, LTV, marketing optimisation, basket analysis, spend associations, churn analysis and promotional performance.
- Lead delivery of smaller projects and work as part of a team on other projects, ensuring robust and timely delivery of all aspects of an analytical project.
- Apply appropriate methodology and analytical rigour to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose.
- Ensure all analysis is accurate and follows a quality assurance process.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in customer/CRM analytics and understanding of CRM campaign activity.
- Proven track record of using data to drive better business decision‑making.
- Experience with Python and SQL for analysis.
- Experience analysing large datasets within client databases.
- Knowledge of campaign measurement techniques such as uplift analysis and control cells.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to explain analytic results to non‑technical audiences.

- Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with GA and digital data.
