Customs Manager – Colnbrook – Circa £50k

We are seeking an experienced Customs Manager to join our dynamic team in Colnbrook. This permanent, full‑time role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, proven courier import experience, and a deep understanding of HMRC customs clearance procedures. As a Customs Manager, you will lead a small team, ensure accurate and timely customs clearance for inbound shipments, and maintain full compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the import & customs team
• Oversee all customs clearance processes and ensure HMRC compliance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs legislation and procedures
• Manage key accounts

Requirements

• Previous Courier Import experience
• Low value bulk clearance experience
• ETSF Procedures
• Proficient in Descartes & ASM
• Proficient in using CDS and CNS System
