Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimise automated email/SMS journeys via Klaviyo
- Launch high‑performing weekly campaigns that drive conversion and retention
- Own churn analytics and use insights to reduce cancellation rates
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Growth teams to align messaging across the funnel
- Contribute to brand storytelling with customer‑focused content and experiences
Qualifications
- Proven hands‑on experience with Klaviyo in a D2C environment
- A track record of scaling lifecycle marketing, ideally in subscription‑based consumables
- Strong data analysis and segmentation skills
- Confidence to lead CRM strategy and take full ownership of results
- Curiosity and initiative – you’re proactive, not reactive
