Factory based, commutable from Blackwood, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend, Cwmbran, Caldicot, Chepstow, Bridgend, and more
3-Shift Pattern: Week 1: 6am-2pm, Week 2: 2pm – 10pm, Week 3: days, 8:30am – 4:30pm
What you’ll do
- Carry out breakdown, service and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to a wide range of equipment, including automation, robotics and injection moulding machines
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery on a 3-shift pattern with no nights
Role requirements
- Electrically biased engineer
- Manufacturing/industrial/machinery experience
- Wants to technically progress their career
Training and progression
Training will be provided to further gain electrical qualifications and PLC/Controls experience, with opportunities to progress into areas such as PLCs and additional electrical qualifications
